Fighting Fit2 Boot Campers Kick Off
The Fighting Fit Fitness Boot Camp has officially kicked off!
Participants began their 30 day journey to a healthier, happier lifestyle!
New boot camp members began their night with a weigh-in and getting their measurements taken. This is so that from day one to the end of the boot camp, we can track each member’s progress.
Each member receives the Fighting Fit Fitness Boot Camp guide that helps them track food, set proper nutrition goals, and log their daily fitness achievements. This program helps students every step of the way!
If you were to pay a personal trainer, you would pay three times the cost of this program for similar training. This program is great and affordable for anyone seeking a healthier and happier lifestyle!
The workouts are self paced which allows the boot campers to set their own personal fitness goals while still being able to keep up with other members of the class.
