Kettle Bells are an awesome way to get in shape quickly
Last night, Jennifer and I trekked out and purchased our first round of fitness equipment, resistance bands, and other equipment for the fitness boot camps we will be launching in the very near future.
We believe we will be launching the first class September 9th to bypass all the distraction from the Labor Day weekend.
Kettle Bells are the new rage for core body and strength training. The process of lifting builds the muscles quickly as well and helps with grip strength in the hands. Kettle Bell training also burns calories which aid in weight loss.
We bought resistance bands which are highly beneficial to add strength training to your work out. Resistance bands are great because they give you an even resistance through the entire work out.
We also picked up exercise balls which are awesome to help build core muscles for abs and back. We will use them in our workouts to encourage safe ab, back, and chest building exercises.
If you haven’t guessed it, I am pretty excited about this new program. Not only is it going to be great for overall weight loss, it is a complete system of weight loss and nutrition that will help you manage it every step of the way. I don’t know if you have priced out a personal trainer before, but I will tell you that to get the same benefits that you would receive from this program using a personal trainer, you would be paying two to three times the price as this program and you probably wouldn’t get a good nutrition plan.
